i love upgrade based games like these :D
a suggestion i would say is the ability to place stations everywhere instead of upgrading the premade ones, but other than that i love it :]

Good game! Was not easy at first, but when i found a good balance, it became fun to play. I colonized all "planets" at max levels, but nothing happened, so i think it is the end of the game. One thing that became boring to do is adding new satellites when your base is on 5th level. Would be cool if there was an option to add more at once.

2x scaling during upgrades makes the game sooo easy :D even if fighters are locked at lvl3 (bug?). Lvl5 power simply outperforms any damage you can receive. Ended up building three deathfleets of 80 ships that shot all across the map. Nice game!
Yes, this is based on my experience with server scaling, 2x scale = 2x cost, the option to build other deathfleet is basically load balancing server
