Interesting idea I wish the player had at least a couple hearts before death.

Developer

I was originally going to add that, but honestly it just seemed too easy as is so I kept it at 1.

Interesing idea! Projectiles changing with size, and with level of upgrades are cool!
Artstyle is good, but a few more animations would be neat. Maybe, a true pixel-perfect for more old-school vibes?

Cool!

Developer

more animations were definitely planned, and player sprites were made with pixel perfect in mind, we just ran out of time. Thanks for playing!

Love the concept, the music is neat :) great job!

Developer

Glad you liked the music, it was actually the last thing we managed to fit in.

The game is fun to play in the first minutes, but I got bored cause of the low ammount of different enemy layouts.

Developer

Thanks for the feedback. Enemy layout/patterns suffered due to time restrictions, I agree. Thanks for playing!

Sound effects and feedback, and then having more than a simple OHKO would be nice.

I missed the instruction about changing ship size, but that idea is neat on paper.

Developer

The SFX and feedback sadly fell to the lower priority in order to complete the game, changing the size is pretty fun and it is important to try that mechanic out.
