Great visuals, looks like it could have been a real game.
Figuring out how things work was kinda exploratory, but I understood the assignment.
Even got to the end credits with the [REDACTED] theme music xd
surprised this game doesn't have more ratings, it's very well made! the art, sound, and gameplay does a great job of coming together and it was super fun trying to figure out the correct combination in the limited number of tries. could be interesting to see a pacifist route where you try to avoid killing as many citizens as possible and have multiple different endings! good job!
A bit hard to get into(I struggled to understand how to order the chips), but it's a cool idea! Congratulation for making this game :D
