This game is definitly on the better half of the entries. It feels really smooth, but it's sad that the hazards don't always work, it really takes the motivation out of the game. The art is good, but maybe you could break things up with different background colors, different kinds of platforms and expand on the core mechanic.

A great game, and a great core mechanic! The art-style is works well, though there are some cases where the player isn’t distinguished from other 1x1 boxes in the room. Sound effects and music would also add a lot to the game.

(Also, a shorter death to restart delay would help with frustration from players who aren’t great at this genre (me).)

The player was suppose to be a different color but was not able to fix it in time so it can be confusing to tell the player apart from the 1 by 1 blocks. Sound effects will be added in the future after the Jam. I also realize that the death animation takes to long and could've been shorter. Thank you. I will take your feedback into consideration.

Awesome concept and the expansion transitions are excellent and really add to the experience.

I feel as though the levels could be expanded upon in more interesting ways though, the platforming puzzles can be tiresome on repeat attempts.

Developer

Thank you for the feedback. In the future when I continue to develop this game, I will consider adding interesting concepts into the levels so that it can be more fun to the user.

I really like the concept. I think some of the levels are bit frustrating , especially on repeat attempts. The sense of excitement for the screen expanding was cool for me on every new level.

Developer

Thank you for trying out the game. I can see that some of the levels can be frustrating especially with the long death time. In the future I will continue to work on the game to improve the areas I did not get to.

I think you did an amazing job. I look forward to seeing more of your work.

Noice, I liked the pendulum platforming and the nice simple art style. Pretty solid. Sound effects probably would've helped though (also I ran into the win screen bug). Really impressive that it was all made within 48 hours. Kept me engaged really well, it's got potential as a speedrunning game if you ever feel like it.

Developer

Sound effects would improve the game and thank you for the feed back. Thank you for trying it out and I will continue to develop the game to make it complete in the future.

Like the mechanism a lot. It feels more like a concept now, but I would work on it soms more to make it a full game. I think player feedback like jumping or landing sound effects (and lowering the music) would be a good idea.

Developer

Thank you for the feedback, I realize that there are some areas I can improve which I will add when I continue to work on this game. Thank You.

Cool concept! Very fun finding out what was behind the black zone. Lots of gameplay opportunities with that mechanic. The pace at the start was great but unfortunately dying became very time-consuming! Instantly jumping back to the start of the level would've kept me engaged for longer. Very nice entry :)

Developer

Thank you for the feedback. I'm glad you enjoyed the game and the mechanics. I'll make sure to consider death animation length in the next game I make.
