Well polished visually, but ultimately pretty frustrating to play. The bounciness of the ball combined with the slow rotation of the level makes any level where you have to play on the "rim" of the arena incredibly difficult. The sound effect for bouncing into the wall is really loud considering how much you have to hug the wall to fit it. I'd love to see a level select screen so I could see all the different levels and mechanics without having to go through each one. Nonetheless, good job! All of my nitpicks are little things, but they do add up.
The physics are really bouncy. It makes it really difficult to play. I was expecting the walls to stop the ball and a lot of times the ball just ricocheted off the edge. Very cool visuals and effects though!
Thank you so much for the kind words and for sharing these feedbacks!
Walls were originally thought to be of the same size between modules. We had an fps issue during the export but we ouldn't fix it so now the ball climbs them. Fps are what changes the ball weight and its step angle, and it's not intended! The ball should stay on the plan, and simply roll over it🤓
This game is very slow and unforgiving; It might be better with smaller levels, so that starting over isn't such a big setback
I was confused at first when I saw the "you can fall" message, and I didn't realize that I had to fall in the specific hole
Thanks! We should have added a checkpoint after the first two levels indeed!
