That was clever! The mixture of block-fitting and residency management was engaging and stimulating, and the quick difficulty curve is perfect for an arcade-style game. The fish are also charming!

I couldn't figure out why certain builds had larger residencies than others (like how to tell the 1x1 that holds 3 anchovies versus the 1x1 that only holds 1 anchovy). That might just be me.

I'm not sure why, but by the end, my view zoomed out much larger than I could actually build/destroy. It was a little awkward.

All-in-all, great work!

Thank you for the kind words! I'm glad you enjoyed our game!

In terms of the camera (/grey OOB area you can see around the edges).... we, uh, never expected anyone to make it that far in this build, so we didn't really stress test the limits! Great job!
I already want to rebalance a lot of the house capacities (mostly for catfish) so I'll keep the size/capacity discrepancy in mind! We had to rush a lot of the houses because of the time limit, unfortunately. Thank you for the feedback.

Fun game! Could not seem to stop playing :)

Looks awesome, music and gameplay were spot on!

Tho, seems hard to ever select more bombs without fish getting eaten, atleast it were for me.

Great game none the less.

Really nice game! SCALES, lmao. Good attention to detail, if I removed the blocks from under a building it added a foundation.
I think it needs slightly faster pacing, but overall it's decent :)

The audio works really well with the vibe of the game, and I really like the art style!! One detail I really like is the way the houses grows legs as posts when you place them on a higher level so that they are not hovering.

hey glad you enjoyed the audio! and yes the programmers did a great job with quality of life features like that

Those fish houses are so darn cute! I loved the vibes and the double take on the theme. Well done!

As the one who drew the fish houses (and the fish themselves) thank you so much! I'm glad you enjoyed our work!

Very pleasing art style, especially the color palette!

Very cool idea! The RNG made it very difficult, especially when the bigger fish started hanging around and I wasn't given any houses for them, even after re-rolls. But the puzzle of fitting everything is great and very pleasing aesthetically :)

I really enjoyed playing through this! the atmosphere is great and the gameplay of a city builder mixed with Tetris was very new.
