Simple but fun game. I really liked the upgrade system; it kept the game feeling fresh between rounds. The gamefeel could be a little better but overall very nice work :)
I liked the different upgrade choices. I'm not sure I understood what the "invest" power was doing, though. Good job overall, though!
So you only get to keep half of your dots between rounds. Invest added dots to the amount you would keep (this would be more apparent with a tutorial)
I love the idea! Upgrades via cards are fun and I enjoyed the way they build on each other. As others have said, the core gameplay could've used a little more juice to feel impactful but overall you did a great job!

The game lacks of some feedbacks to be more juicy and a greater variety of enemies but it was a pretty solid roguelike, well done!
Thank you! I hit bug fixing close to deadline unfortunately so I didn’t take the time to add in a lot of stuff I wanted, such as even more levels and 4th and fifth enemy types, and some better game juice, but I feel the game is well balanced and lacking in bugs. 😋
