3D games are very hard to work with, so I think you did pretty good actually!

The game felt extremely laggy, however, the browser and 3D games don't mix too well, especially on a weaker system. You mention how disappointed you are with the final project, but for me the purpose of a game jam is to try out new ideas / software with heavy time restraints. So with that being said, both building a 3D game for the first time while using a new game engine is impressive enough on it's own. Don't beat yourself up too much and keep at it.

Doing 3d with a new engine for the first time is hard. no need to be so down on yourself. for me, if you slowed the movement, got the upper left corner to show which face was up, prompted for a particular face, and restricted aerial movement this would be a pretty amusing cheating at dice game

You should probably slow down the camera movement and make it so that you can't go through floor with your camera
