Fine, but rather hard little game. Unfortunately, other than the idea of the character being a DM, and the DM rolls dice in DnD, there isn't really anything to do with dice or rolling or randomness.
That is a very fair assessment, thank you! In hindsight, I should have stated in the description the ideas I originally had for the randomness and dice mechanics that I couldn't implement.
I appreciate the comment!
I didn’t really get how it fits the theme, other than having dice all arround, it feels like any platformer, but with dices arround xD still pretty fun, I beat all levels, but my dice isn’t in any
I had some things I wanted to put in, like random level layouts based on a die roll, but I didn't have time or the skill to put those in. I should have stated that in the description to give everyone a better idea of what the goal that I had was.
I appreciate you giving it a go and posting a comment!
Congrats on the first ever game Jam submission.
controls are slippery, but in a good way! great game, congrats on finishing it!
Congrats on finishing your first game! I think the "Twin Journeys" level was a bit unfair, I had to memorize some parts to complete it since the camera was too close to the player to see the next platform.
beat all three levels, and yet the dice was in another bag. :(
quite fun, controls felt a bit slippery tho
"Please don't press the quit button, I don't know what will happen on html5"
10/10, haven't even played the game yet - but would hit quit again. :D
Update: after 4 minutes of trying to beat jump, I fell back to the start. Serious Getting Over It vibes; Good Game!
