It seemed to generate where the red player could shoot the blue from spawn but not the other way around, but other than that, interesting game!
Sadly I did not have anyone else to play with, so I played against myself. Still a fun game with a really cool game concept though! The bug where a million boxes spawn randomly is pretty funny too.
Would love if you can check out my game too. Thanks!
oh when I figured out it was a 2 player game I was like woow this is cool.
I don't get what happens once you shoot the other player, they seem to just disappear and go back to the original position, the one that shoots, I wonder why ...
one change I would have to this is have it fully turn based, instead of being timer reset.
Overall I really like the idea of this, with polishing this is definitely something I see myself playing more
When you shoot the other player your score gets added by one and the scene restarts. Maybe in the future i will also make a turn-based mode 🤔
I didn't read the keep off the grass sign at first and got a one way ticket to Box-Mania hahaha! Refreshed though and played with my flatmate, had a great time! Nice to see multiplayer games getting some love in Game Jams.
Haha :) It's actually an easy fix i just haven't noticed that bug. Nice to hear someone actually played it with another player beside themselves.
I like the idea of limiting the number of actions and having to occasionally reset while waiting for your opponent to catch you. It reminds me of Captain Sonar. Nice work!
Thank you!
Nice job! I don't see too many co-op games
I unfortunately had to play against myself haha
P.S. I found a feature where clicking the screen creates a ton of boxes
Thanks!
