Nice art and music. Gameplay is smooth and enjoyable!
Good idea to make some guitar hero-like game. But it's not in sync with music, so that makes some dissonance to player. Also game don't have some tutorial and player should guess for yourself how to play and deal damage. Good pixel art with retro atmosphere. Good luck!
This is very, very stylish game! Good job on graphics and music!
Though, some issues
- Sometimes player and enemy start with 0 HP? I guess. Because if i do attack with nothing on hand i insta win.
- Audio slider is exponential? Because at 0.5 position i barelly hear music. If it is intended, it is indeed creative choise, fitting theme of the game, but very inconvenient
- No indication of damage. Some numbers poppin up would be cool!
- Also, no risk in collecting dices. You can easily stack up how much you want and one shot enemy
The game is cool, athough there is some room for improvement: Increasing difficulty over time would be good, and making non-infinite levels with different songs would expland it a lot. The transition between the menu song and the game music is really cool, and I like the pun you made.
Thank you for the lovely comment <3
The presentation is top notch, the music is great and the pixel art is gorgeous! Incredible first impressions, and the saving grace of the game - but the game little lacking in gameplay though.
The rhythm elements weren't really there as far as I could tell, and beating the game was very easy. Could have done with a bit more difficulty and maybe an additional mechanic that's introduced at some point. Incredible work for 48 hours tho on the presentation side!
Thank you for the review of the game! As an pixel artist of the game, I would like to thank you especially for your opinion on the Art side. <3
