Rolling those dices around was fun, though it was super hard to stick the specific dice value (other than pure luck I guess) ;)
Hey, I'm glad you had fun! Did you try the "drive" kick? It's better for sliding the dice when you get the value you need and keeping it until you can kick it into a goal. Sometimes it has trouble though. Either way, thanks for playing! :)
This is totally a game that I think with more time would have really shown its shine. But such is the way of the Jam. Definitly a little buggy, but the presentation and music were really fun and cool. Add some indicators of objectives, get multiplayer functioning, and you could have a totally fun party game.
Thanks so much! The time restriction definitely makes it difficult to hit everything you want to, but that's also the fun of it! I had to scale down to what I thought I could fit in, but I'm really glad that the potential of what it could become came through. And thanks for your feedback those are definitely things I hope to add going forward! :)
A little confused as to what the objective is here, but with more time to develop and expand on the "Dice Soccer" idea, I'm sure you could make something interesting. Perhaps a local multiplayer game could suit the gameplay?
Well since this is just the barest form that I could make during the time restrictions, essentially the objective is just to get the dice into any of the four goals that has a matching desired value (noted by the floating panels beside them). The long term idea would be to have other players (or bots) that compete and try to get dice into their own goals at the same time, which I think could make for a fun, chaotic party type game, but that's for future development.
Still, thanks for checking it out! :)
I like the concept, it could use some polish, and the isometric camera makes it hard to gauge distance to the dice, but it's a nice start!
Yup, definitely needs some work and tuning, but I think it has potential. Thanks for checking it out!
The idea is cool! it would've been great to add a 2-player option
Yes, hopefully in the future I can add some multiplayer elements. I think it would make for some great chaotic fun!
