This game oozes charm! Love both the sound design and the character models. One suggestion I might have is to add some more choices during combat. While there's a lot of strategy in which upgrade to choose, once you are in a battle (where you spend most of the game) the only factor to consider is which enemy to attack. It also falls into a common pitfall for random-based attacks that sometimes you keep getting back rolls and can't do anything about it, ending a good run. A common remedy is the ability to tweak your luck in a pinch, such as the chance to once per battle roll again, which could add a bit of depth to the combat
Cute art, graphics, music and sfx, I love how cute it all is. The gameplay is a little still, it needs some extra mechanic to spice things a bit. Still pretty nice, congrats!
I think the gameplay itself is kind of boring, but the whole concept of tinkering with your ods is really cool in my opinion. I think it would work well if the fights itself were more sped up and maybe even automated, and if you flesh out the whole assigning values system. There's definetely a lot of potential in this concept. Nice job! Yeah babyyyyy
Interesting idea, but the gameplay is a bit boring. The choices for the upgrades are too easy (very often, there clearly is a "best choice").
The graphics are simple but nice, and the sound effects are a bit weird but kind of fit the visuals.
As for the music, it loops quite well but it is too repetitive in my optinion.
Squishy dice are super cute!
Like the concept - feel like there's some interesting room for strategies with adding combos of skills to different dice!
Only thing that might've made it easier to understand is if some of the upgrade cards (or your skills list at the left) was colour coded in some way so you can quickly see which upgrades are for which dice
But yeah, great job!
Visuals are cool, especially the neon-lit ones. Gameplay is a little bit dull, our only decision making is when choosing which upgrade to pick. Our damage die being the same model with enemies is confusing, it took a while to understand what's going on. Maybe it could be improved if we choose our damage and heal dice from a selection of different dice.
