Good idea but presentation could be better :) 

I would appreciate to have a skip button when I know I don't want to pick any other card or make the movement little bit faster. 

Interesting idea, but still pretty basic so far. I think one cool way to move forward would be showing the results of the die from the cards you select, and I think it would also make it more clear how the game works. Solid foundation to start on though!

Didn't understand what was going on or what was meant by the text.

I had a similar idea! I wish the presentation was better, this seemed pretty non-interactive, given that you can only click on things as they scroll by. Also I wish I could see clearly what the dice rolls end up being

I think the presentation could be improved upon, but the actual concept is pretty neat. Maybe some art/way of integrating the choices into a story of some sort?

I can see the idea you have here and I think with some changes to the game design and a better tutorial it could be much better. With some changes to the presentation, tutorial, and design along with some more design to spice up the game, this could turn into a pretty solid puzzle/thinking game.
