This was a very fun game to play through, great design. I like the simple touches to the graphics, like the stars and black holes in the shadows. The player could use some better animation, and I'd like a sound/animation for dying rather than restarting the music. The dash ability should be nerfed a bit as well since there's no cooldown so I just spam it to move quickly.

Thanks for the feedback! I agree, it's a bit of a chore for players to spam dash to move quickly and I think it could be modified to keep dashing whenever possible if you hold down 'z'.

FREAKISHLY NICE GAME ! ,  good sound effects  and very nice use of lights, I wish if you tell me if these are Godot 2D Lights , or its a soft of a shader

and lol never seen a black hole being wiped by light :P

Thanks! The lighting I implemented myself, using https://ncase.me/sight-and-light/ as a starting point. I compute the vertices for the lit area and create a Polygon2D with the light gray color that is drawn on top of the starry background.

Struggled on level 2, but idea is pretty good!
