I really enjoyed this game. The puzzles were challenging and fun. Definitely not too easy, but not so hard that I gave up early.

I thought it was an interesting take on mirror/laser puzzles with a dash of the discovery theme tossed in.  I did wish there would have been more opportunities to do more crystal swapping, but overall I really liked playing and was satisfied by completing it.

Thank you. We've spent a lot of time on developing the mechanics and had to rush the design phase a bit. It turned out that getting to this 'aha' moment in puzzle design, where the player feels smart about themselves, is not that easy and requires a lot of time. Swapping crystals is something we wanted to incorporate more, but couldn't find clever ways of doing so.

That's a cool game, I enjoyed it a lot ! The graphics are neat and the music fits well. I stuck some pillar between two cell which made me restart the game. I sadly don't see how the game fits the theme but it is one of my favorite of the jam so far ! Well done and keep going !

Thanks a lot! Our game certainly isn't the most fitting for the theme, but our overall thought was that you're stranded in this mysterious place and you have to 'discover' your way out :)

Overall a pretty neat game, good job.

Really interesting mirror puzzles, especially the second puzzle!  I also liked the choice of music and the atmosphere of the game. Overall really nice to play and a fun experience!

I'll second that pointing the beams got quite difficult - I tended to find myself pacing back and forth in straight lines to measure out where the beams would go, which did kind of lend itself to the "stranded in an unknown place" vibe, which the art and music supported very well - it was a very cohesive experience, nicely done!

Thanks for the praise :) I hope it wasn't too difficult.

Really interesting, kind of reminds me of the Talos Principle minus the robots. :D Absolutely love the art style! Unfortunately got stuck on the third puzzle. Really not a fan of the isometric perspective for pointing things though. Also noticed a bug where a laser wouldn't reflect off mirrors after you block it for a little bit, would need to reset the first mirror it's supposed to hit.

Developer

Appreciate the feedback! The Talos Principle was an inspiration for us yeah. I agree with you, the isometric perspective is not ideal for this gameplay, we noticed that too late into development. This taught us to do more planning ahead rather than rushing into it.
