I think most of the thoughts I had have already been said by others... I did notice one small issue, which is that music is only playing in the left ear.

I did make it past the zombie in the third room! I just had to be ready to move quick once the level started. I think it would have been less frustrating if I knew how to start a single level over, instead of having to restart the game every time I died. (In general though good game!)

Hi!
Here is my feedback:
- On my screen [2560x1080] game extends beyond screen and I can't see bottom menu. I didn't know it's even there until I saw screenshot on game page.

- There is no end game screen which is very annoying, because to replay the game you need to close the game and open it again. Fix for that is one line of code like: `get_tree().reload_current_scene()`

- Zombie in third room always gets you. I tried multiple times and I found no way to get around it. IDK if there is some trick to do it, but it look like you missed it while playtesting.

- Pixel art is very good, but there is no info if you made it yourself or not.
You should include Credits in your game and proudly describe what you did.

Hope to see more of your games!

PS. I would be awesome if you could rate my game too. Link below. Thank you!

Hi!

I really appreciate the detailed feedback! Lots of thing to finish :-P

Regarding level 3. I realized the zombie is too close to react, so...no trick, needs a fix.

All art done by me. For next JAM, I'm sure it will be a better result. JAMs really help me try new things and learn.

Thanks!

Great art then. I really liked it. You should definitely brag about it in game description. Sometimes people get assets from web and it's hard to judge it without that info.

Original assets created specifically for this jam are much more valuable and it will rise your score for sure ;)

The Zombie in the 3rd rooms always gets me. But its a very nice idea and the art is very pretty!

I like the concept and artstyle !

The characters are very expressive and well animated, the music fits the mood as well.

Gameplay wise i had trouble with the cooldown mechanic i wasn't sure if i was actually slowing the heartbeat or not cause on the first screen it stayed at 220

Also small technical issue, but when playing i noticed you let the debug console and it sometimes mentions you've got a Raycast2D node missing just so you know.

Other than that i like the ideas on display here and like i said the pixel art is pretty good :)

Hi,

thanks for the feedback! :-D

It's very buggy indeed, I want to fix major bugs and upload a new version as soon as JAM voting is over.

Thanks!

Could you provide a Mac and Linux or a HTML build too please?

Developer

Hi, I'll try it next time. This one I was sooo tight on time that I forgot to export all platforms. Once the voting ends, I'll update it.
