Game Description
Ducks are fighting back against the humans. They've harnessed the power of mech technology and are on the rise. Our farms are no longer safe. Play as Mr. Duck in his quest to provide the entire duck uprising with the necessary grain.
How does your game tie into the theme?
You upgrade the duck to use a mech, then upgrade the mech to get more grain to get that sweet delicious bread!

The game was very interesting, the concept was pretty well though, but I had some problems with it, first the collisions of the duck with the walls was pretty bad, I often would get bounced of the wall if I didn't time the jump perfectly. Also the collisions of the dropped items would sometimes allow them to pass through collisions and get stuck on walls and the ground, this happened a lot, including with upgrades, wich would be an essential part of the playthrough. The game was also very easy, I could just pass through the enemies when they would attack me with no problems whatsoever, and since the duck doesn't have a health bar, dying was basically impossible, and the punishment for taking damage was also nonexistent. Also, using WASD to move your character but the arrow keys when on the menu is very unintuitive.

We definitely overscoped our game. Many things are planned that didn't get fully implemented.
Right now, the game is a basic demo of our ideas.
We plan on adding features and expanding the game by quite a bit; as well as fixing collision issues that we didn't have a chance to address and refine.
I hope you'll follow us in this journey and come back when we have a more finished product!
Good graphics, controls were a bit frustrating..like, jumping needed to be really precise to not collide and slide off the platform you're jumping on. At one point you use regular arrow keys, at other WASD, so bit inconsistent. I didn't hear music, it was I think playing *very* softly in the background? I liked the mech upgrade, wish I could have harvested grain while in them..shooting the farmers stuns them really shortly, not much time to do stuff.

There is music, it is faint, that will need to be fixed.
Gameplay and balancing issues will also need to be addressed.
