Fun take on the theme! Character felt a bit unwieldy but it's always fun to see a skateboarding game.

That intro was funny haha. The skating had good feeling, the music was fitting pretty well! Good Job!

Very cute game! Loved the little intro. Was a very clever fit for the theme! It was fun rolling down the level, although the camera freaked out a few times! 😅 Nice job. :)

fun idea! character was a little difficult to control, but other than this feels like it must've been very fun to create! :D

nice little jam game, well done!

I like the idea of having to learn forgotten tricks again in order to get better at skating! Also thought the intro cutscene dialogue was really funny :D

The controls were a little unwieldy at times, but I was usually able to get back on track and continue down the course when I got turned around. It might have been nice to have some kind of points system or something just so the player feels like there’s a reason to do some tricks!

I didn’t quite understand the memory collection part at first but it’s an interesting way to present a tutorial! The only downside is that if you miss one of the collectibles you might never see those instructions without restarting the level, and actually I had to do so several times to get both of the memories near the beginning. Maybe a simpler flat level would be good for the tutorial before throwing the player into a racecourse like this.

Hard to control it and at some point I flopped under the map, did a 360 and clipped back up (best stunt ever), but then I was sort of stuck over an obstacle and couldn't turn around or move towards the direction I wanted.

The game doesn't really look attractive but I wanted to see how smooth the controls were. I can say that it still needs a lot of work to make it a good skateboarding game.  The ost is nice though.

Hey, thanks for trying it out and the feedback. I agree, the controls don't feel right but didn't have a lot of time to fiddle with it; I think some of it stems from using the VehicleBody3D node. This is maybe my 3rd attempt at 3d and there are way more gotchas than 2d but still a good learning experience.

On the attractiveness :), there wouldn't have been any textures until Raptor added them within the last few hours.

If you do get stuck you can press ` or control (escape won't work in web) to open a menu and can restart the level from there.
