Similar to “Clicker” games, this game has the objective of making enough money to buy the largest company in the whole world by... cleaning up trash.
How does your game tie into the theme?
The story fits the theme by having the protagonist work his way up from a janitor to CEO. The gameplay fits the theme by having the player constantly earn more and more money as the numbers rise.

Writing this as I play:
Would be more accessible if the intro slideshow required input and wasn't time-based.
Music choice is pretty nice, and art is charming in its own way. The name pun is pretty awesome.
Gotta be honest though, didn't have enough patience to see the ending, sorry.
UI animations in the shop were a nice touch btw
Music and pixel art are very nice. Although I would try to keep pixel sizes the same and aligned for everything (i.e. piles are a bit smaller than background)
I got a few investment upgrades, but then there was this one pile in the right corner that I couldn't mop, it just stayed there.

Yes, this is a bug. I am currently trying to sort out what the issue is so I can hopefully get it fixed!

I can't seem to make any money - am I missing something?
Money is collected by mopping over the mess piles by pressing "E" or "Space". You can use WASD or Arrow Keys to move to each pile.
