Cute game! I included it in my Godot Community Jam compilation video series, if you’d like to take a look. :)
Just watched it, thank you very much!
Clever and cute! Just love it. <3
Glad you did!
Thank you very much! I think everyone agrees that letting the player learn a mechanic by themselves in a safe environment first, is the best approach.
There are so many wonderful details in the presentation. The animation on the player is great, and the music changing as you change form is a nice touch. The mechanic itself is really neat, but it feels a little under-explored.
Glad to see these details being noticed! After the voting is done, the game is going to receive a robust update, with more polish, and levels that are going to explore the main mechanic a bit further.
Looking forward to it!
Nice concept, and well executed! Using those three states allows for some pretty interesting challenges, I'm looking forwards to an extended version with more levels and some twists :)
I expected the steam stage to make you rise automatically, it could add an interesting constraint - though I'd still allow to fight off this pull so that you can still go down (but slowlier) while in steam form.
Much obliged! More work is definitely being put into it! And yeah, I'm still thinking about a way to make the gas state have some drawback, and your suggestion is interesting...
Great game - very impressive work.
Great use of the theme and very creative gameplay. It was fun to explore the mechanic and figure out how it worked.
More levels, please!
Much appreciated! More work is being put into the game, and more levels will definitely come!
Would love to check out your game, but the Mac build does not work
Really? It doesn't open, or crashes?
I made some modifications, could you please try again?
Sorry I didn't get back to you sooner, it works correctly now. Really nice concept.
Glad to hear that!
Theme totally interpreted, gameplay is awesome, and it's visually pleasing. 5/5
Thanks! I'm planning on fleshing out the game more after the voting is over.
I'm impressed. Excellent interpretation of the theme, fun gameplay mechanic, the art could use some work but it's totally serviceable and you'll get better with practice. I wish there were more levels. Great first game.
Thanks! Yep, I'm definitely more of a programmer than an artist. After the voting is over, I'm planning on fleshing out the game more, that also means more levels!
