A little choice-based game 🌟.

GAMEPLAY
The idea of consequences affecting the narrative adds fun to the gameplay. While the concept might have been even more engaging in a 3D or top-down or other format, the enjoyment of reaching different endings and unfolding the story in its current visual story format is also nice. A bit more gameplay would have been extra fun nonetheless I think. Maybe in a future update.

AUDIO / SOUND DESIGN
The absence of sound is a missed opportunity. Incorporating audio could have significantly enhanced the atmosphere, adding an extra layer of immersion to the storytelling.

ART STYLE / VISUALS
The visuals are pleasant, though there's room for further enhancement. More detailed or dynamic images could add to the game's appeal, making the story even more engaging.

INNOVATION
The game doesn't particularly stand out in terms of innovation

The theme of consequences is effectively incorporated, with each choice impacting the story's direction. 

Overall, this is a delightful visual story game that offers an enjoyable narrative experience through player choice. Keep it going! 👍📖🎮

This fits the theme perfectly!

This was mindblowing! It's a great way to implement the jam's theme as your actions have a real weight in the consequences. Maybe with more time the experience  could have been more stimulating, I'd like to see your main character's face, the old lady or the guards. Out of that, the art is cool and the story is interesting, I played it multiple times just to see different endings. 

Enjoyed playing the game. I wasn't able to assasinate the dictator but the different endings were cool :)

Short but interesting. The atmosphere of the game is well achieved.
