They are not disqualified but with too few votes a game does not compete for the awards. This is because the scores can then no longer be properly compared. The rules state that the minimum must be 10. But there are not many entries so that one of these days it will be lowered. But it will probably be more than 5.
No worries. There are also a lot of different rules for the Game Jams. Some only jury, some only entry voting, some both. Some require a minimum and some not. Very diverse.
