I am echoing a lot of the others, but absolutely NOT sound really detracted from what was otherwise a pretty decent little space horror game. I liked the ideas here, but with it being dead silent, I felt no tension. There was no development of the atmosphere. It just felt like I was moving from one point to the next. Even just footsteps or odd space sounds would have been waaaaaay better. Other than that, this was pretty OK. I liked it for what it was.

Love the aesthetic! The environments are cool and the Lego-looking characters fit really well with that retro sci-fi thing you were going for. Seeing all that space from the deck is really cool, and the lighting is stunning.

As others have said, I think it's massively hamstrung by not having any sound, it's just not scary when it's silent, and there were some moments in there that could've been really awe-inspiring with sound (the image of the eyes turning towards you has loads of potential). The writing is also a little off ("congrats on finding the first sign of life, you'll go down in history!" "thanks, could you fix the TV?").

I did get confused about where I was supposed to go after picking up the remote (outside, via the airlock for anyone else confused) but other than that quite enjoyed exploring the ship and finding various objects. I think it really worked as a short, linear experience.

Great work!

Thanks so much for the feedback! Im currently working on an audio edition right now, I'll definitely add in more direction and yeah dialog is NOT my strong suit lol

I liked the look of the game, but there are a few issues that need to be addressed quickly. First of all, the writing made me laugh. I love how zany the game seems. But there is no sound, and that really detracts from the game in terms of atmosphere. I also had to stop playing because after I completed one objective (to find a remote for the tower), there was nothing else I could do (nothing would let me interact and there was no explanation of where I needed to be). I think having a journal that lists objectives, or having some direction as to where the player needs to go would be extremely helpful. Otherwise, the player is forced to wander all over the place in the hopes of figuring out how to proceed. This worked for the first ten minutes of the game, but after I found the remote, I no longer had any idea where to go or what needed to be done. And interaction was a no-go.

Overall, it has the bones to be a fantastic game. I wouldn't call it horror since I wasn't particularly scared of what I did get to play, but if you take it further, you could make this into a decent comedic horror game. It just needs some work, especially in terms of player direction.

Really appreciate the feedback! Im working on an audio version right now and I'll make sure to add better player direction, incase you want to go through and finish the last couple minutes of the game, you head to the airlock and just kinda walk into it, which I'll make sure to add an interact for!

All right, that's what threw me off, then. I thought I'd tried to open it, but I'll give it another go and see, because I DO want to see the ending. Let me know when you get the audio going, I'd be interested to see what your choices are going to be. :)

Sad about the sound but really cool idea

I thought the game was good, but I genuinely believe it would be better with sound. I’m not sure if this is an issue with the submitted version or if the game truly lacks sound.

I didnt have enough time to add sound unfortunately

It happens. Keep up the great work!
