I get you wanted to host a game jam but, nobody will be able to play them.
The whole world would be ending when the game jam is finished, and the decade jam is ok and better than like 2000-3000 years.

People will be able to play the games before the Jam ends. Also there's no real reason to believe the end of the world will have happened by then.
