It has a way too long tutorial and somewhat weird mechanics but I always loved strategic games so I like this one too! Make sure to check out my game as well!

Another game that is at the bottom of the list of a number of ratings and deserves much more. Changing the thumbnail will help (AFAIK you can do this during the gamejam). I wouldn't click it on my own.
The graphics in the screenshots and the text are repelling but when you start to play it is actually a pretty good game. I finished it and had fun.

Going into this I thought there was no way I'd like it. After all, I abhor the game Risk. But I think what I hate about Risk is that it takes so so so long to play. I have no patience for that. And when I saw all the instruction text of many screens, I simply couldn't bring myself to read it all. But I just went in, and enjoyed it somehow enough to beat it! I'm so proud of myself. Seriously great job on making a Risk-like fun. :)
Yeah, I wish we had more time to put in an interactive tutorial. But hey, better than no tutorial!
