This is really good! The gameplay was great, the selection of weapons felt quite unique with every weapon having some viability, the trade options for progress mechanic gave a layer of strategy to this game and fit the theme nicely. All the songs you used were bangers, especially the boss theme, the sound effects are nicely used. The art in this game looks great, and this is coming from a man who usually doesn't like double thick outlines in pixel art, I wish I could explore this castle myself. I only have two complaints 1. The lack of a proper ending as you just get stuck in the boss room once you beat them and collect the key. 2? You left me wanting more! This is easily a favorite of mine in this jam and I would l love it  if you would expand on this in the near future.

It's a very nice game experience with some nice art. I liked it a lot!

I really enjoyed it! The controls feel smooth the art is rather appealing and it reminds me of the legend of zelda series. Well Done!

Felt fun to use the different weapons and the concept to trade the item slots for keys is great! I like the movement of the character and how the eyes follow the mouse ^^

edit: (for some reason my comment didn't go through, but then it did. Hope its only here once now)

I really liked the "trade inventory slots for progression" dinamic, very original. Althought I would have loved other mechanics involved with this, to really exploit the idea.
