Love the art style! Brings me back to old-school Zelda.  The combat is nice and quick and the music is nice. I'm a bit unsure what each attack does so I end up spamming whatever I have. Overall I really want more!

Excellent visual design, the little text blurbs for the enemies adds a ton of flavour.

Incredible work guys! Visuals and sound are amazing. I’d love to learn how to make it this good.

Game is bugfree and works very well.

I had a hard time learning the mechanics (which weapon does what) but I guess it could be because I’m not used to that kind of games. ^^

Glad you liked it! The lack of weapon descriptions was a risky move, though it was intentional. I'll figure out a middle ground/solution soon.

Really cool idea for your weapons to have limited durability. Some way to know what your weapons do/what they're effective against would be nice. Maybe if you hover your mouse over the icon, a basic description could appear?

Developer

Weapon descriptions are a good idea, I'll add them after the jam!

Super smooth visuals, ran really well.

Like the gameplay concept, some color coding for items around the world to categorize them as mental or physical items would've been useful. Experimenting was fine to figure it out but was somewhat frustrating.

Dang, color coding the weapon sprites is a good idea. If I work on the game after the jam, I'll definitely do that and add weapon descriptions
