Game is very simple. But hard to play.

Art looks pretty good. Gameplay can be more funny if you work more on this game.

You've really captured the feel of old-school roguelikes! It was good fun to have such an extensive amount of control, especially being able to do everything via the keyboard, without having to memorize a full keyboard's worth of controls like in classic Rogue :)

The gameplay is solid, although definitely on the difficult side for me with early fights killing me frequently before I was able to get any equipment. Would be nice to have a listed HP stat to help making decisions as to when to run away. I also found that my character wasn't healing when sleeping, but would forget spells from the previous day?

I loved the names for each of the enemies, it added a lot of character. Keeping the classic mystery potions from the original Rogue was fun too!

Some music and sfx would make a huge difference when you get the chance to add them.

Thanks for the feedback!

I'll def take a look at that sleeping thing.

It's harder than it's going to eventually be, I think. At the moment, Everyone works on the same rules so every human enemy is exactly as capable as you and there's way more of them. I'm working on tweaking the enemy generation now so you can see a broad variety of enemies, mostly starting with smaller, easier ones until you gain a little gear/skills
