Can I back out from the jam?

Sorry, I wanted to change current file of my game: https://adeptus7.itch.io/dominion

but when I deleted old file, I saw the message: "Uploads are temporarily disabled because voting for Incremental Jam - Winter 2024 is in progress. You'll be able to make changes after the jam is over. If you delete a file it can not be recovered or re-uploaded until uploads are re-enabled"

So if I am unable to upload new file when I am participating in Your jam (well, theoretically participating, because there is no game), please disqualifiy me or something. I am very sorry for bringing this mess.

EDIT: Oh, now I see that I am not even participating in Your jam, but still I am blocked from uploading the file...
