Any pre-made assets?
The background music and some of the interface/game sounds. Everything else was made for this Jam in the 3 days.
How did you interpret the theme?
The submarine is under immense pressure of the water, the engine will explode if the water pressure isn't released, and the player is under psychological pressure to deal with the engine as well as the monster during the gameplay.

Like the approach, the visuals, and the gameplay, it's very unique and definitely can be a great game.
Shame that, the game is broken on upload. And, even with the temp upload, I think there still needs lots of polishing like a better indicator for the mouse hover button, sonar and battle station relative location and etc.
I will say that this game is too complex for a 3-day game jam, but who knows, I played lots of great games with a shorter dev time,
Great work, little tips for the future tho:
-Love the visuals and style of the game, its truly amazing.
-Feels a bit wanky alot of frame drops
-No idea how to actually drain the water, the valve by radar doesnt seem to work, very confused about that one.
I think I have a technical problem with the game, and as I can't properly play the game, I will not rate it either. The problem is that mouse doesn't "work" at all, you can see it on the screen and moving it doesnt rotate the camera. I dont know if its a problem on my end or yours, but i dont think this is how its supposed to be.
p.s voiceover is fun haha
I think the camera is not supposed to be in first person I think.
Going into the battle station an out again fixed it for me.
Thanks for trying it! Sorry, it was indeed broken on upload... Idk how we didn't catch it. So sad. Well I went and fixed it this morning and here's the link for the working one if you're interested. Uploads are disabled for the jam so I just reuploaded as a temp until they're enabled again.
