This has potential! I think you should have gone full hotline miami and have the weapons be really lethal, killing the player and the enemies in one shot. It feels like a grind having to shoot so much to kill. I think you should have made a few levels less but polish the experience some more. Like adding a dead man sprite instead of making the enemies disappear and adding a different weapon (even specific to a level without having to code drops and pick ups). Also I think the camera moves too much when rotating with the mouse and that the cursor should be more visible and at a fixed distance from the player or shouldn't be there at all. Keep learning and you'll do well!

Im really liking the Game's style it reminds me of Hotline Miami only thing I would say is that I get a headache from looking at the ground while moving, and the camera shouldnt move so much with the mouse I believe.

For the camera thing I think making it pixel perfect could fix the issue for me, its just giving me a headache so its nothing bad

thought this was a really solid take on the hotline miami style of gameplay.

loved the bullet tracing effect, and the tutorial was really helpful. probably one thing to watch though is the camera shake. it was pretty intense, but otherwise this would be a really solid foundation for a longer game. would love to see more levels just kind of ramping this layout up!
