Nice work! Really neat graphics and the gameplay mechanic is quite unique, but doesn't really fit with the theme. Maybe just for me, but the first screen with the controls disappeared faster before I could read it all. I got it after dying once, but maybe consider making the player press a button or sth, to confirm they read it.

I like the game, it has a really interesting mechanic, which changes the way you normally play roguelikes. I don't know if it's just me though, but there wasn't any music or SFX, which really decreases the impact of things, But if you ignore that, it's a really great game!

Thanks, glad you like it!
Yeah, it's a shame we could manage to add the sound, I've got vaccinated for covid the day the jam ended so I wasn't able to properly finish the game.
We'll be posting a finished version in about a month, you're welcome to check it out again if you want to.

Love the unique idea! I could definitely see how this game could be scaled up even further! My only feedback would be that the game mechanic doesn't really tie in with the game jam theme, but that doesn't mean you haven't made a neat game!

Thanks! Glad you enjoyed it!
I certainly want to scale it up to a full fledge game. For the moment Me and my partner Lokenauz plan to release a more complete version of this next month, with sound fx, music and more support spells.
I agree with your feedback, it doesn't really fit to the jam theme, nor it was really intended to do so. I just wanted to try this idea and found the Jam as a perfect excuse to put up a quick prototype xD.
