  • Thanks for being on the stream!
  • For some reason I was instantly reminded of Bioshock- perhaps it was the puzzle solving or the dreary atmosphere, which is a great thing! The atmosphere, for this submission, I feel is it's strongest point. Your post processing effects and colours complemented the scene and feedback perfectly. I love how you had the radiation filter fade in. I enjoyed figuring out the first puzzle, however I think some more level design for the hook around to the other hint could have helped. Perhaps a series of fences and a ominiously swinging gate- something like that. The second puzzle left me dumbfounded for a bit until I remembered the underwater segment. That call-back "Aha" moment was pretty satisfying. I think the red reticle should turn green when you able to use something, I was convinced the lever was broken and I wasn't sure what was going on. All in all, a very polished little puzzle adventure you got here, nice work!

That was a really cool puzzle game! even if there was no clue what to do I felt like moving and discovering new places and when came across the first puzzle i just couldn't stop until i solve everything, really nice job. the rain is so relaxing and I got inspired by it and did the same thing for my game lol.

Unfortunately I couldn't climb again when descended here:

I had a liiittllle bid of trouble, but that is just me not knowing how to play puzzle games (oops). Overall I think the game was fun tho. Getting to reveal the secrets of caves and such is really cool! Even though I definetely didn't get to experience the whole game, the first part speaks for it self.

As I said, overall I think the game was very solid, puzzles aren't my cup of tea but I set my mind as a puzzle gamer, tried my hardest to figure it out and found it both challenging and fun.

(This might be rerated as the new build is coming out in a few minutes)

*** SPOILERS ***

Wow this game is cool! It took a few minutes to figure out that the rain was acidic, and it was confusing how everything at the start changed to a red dot, but couldn't be interacted with (cos they had no power). I was a bit lost, but I eventually found the generator room and colour code. I really love the design of the bridge, how it blocked access to one puzzle and provided a way across that turned out to be bait. It was a bit of a tease really, I was excited to explore the other island, but the stupid rain wouldn't let me (nice design!) I was really looking forward to finding out about this second island, but that was a bit of a let down, as there wasn't really anything there, just the button to finish. Then once the acid rain had stopped, I wasn't even allowed to do a victory lap across the bridge, which would have been some nice catharsis after my previous attempt to cross the bridge. Overall, it was a really great game, I could only wish for more puzzles and some clearer direction.

P.S. I really love what ya did with the thumbnail, awesome stuff!

Awesome, really like challenging puzzle games and kind of reminds me of the feel Myst had back in the day.
