Holy smokes this sounds and looks nice! Although from the mechanics I get the feeling that neither of you is a programmer :'D. The mechanics are way simpler than I was expecting, and also very difficult.
I actually really like this one a lot. I'd be curious to see if being able to manually aim would lower the timing/difficulty curve. Feels like it would be a fun game to dash around in for awhile. Though the difficulty and timing could be the appeal of the game as well.

This is just beautiful! Loved how the basic mechanic is so simple that you understand it instantly. This would work also great on mobile.

Indeed neither of us is a game programmer and we are still into learning period with unity :)
But I can say it works and is simple as we wanted it to be, precisely ;D

and yes we thought about free aiming but as you said the difficulty would not be there anymore, or it would have taken too much time to balance.
