Not a bad start, I think the space controls felt pretty solid and boosting was pretty fun. The shooting felt solid too, though I think having it be on a button instead would a good alternative to clicking, and having more things to shoot than just asteroids would be pretty fun too. If you added other levels, you could try spelling other things as well; lots of ideas here!
