Nice lighting affects! I included it in my LibGDX Jam compilation video series, if you would like to take a look :)

Wow! mad cool! lighting effects are AMAZING!!

I really liked the feel of this game, very smooth. Would be good if you could dog fight to complete an objective, it feels so close to being able to do that.

Mmmm shiny!

The music fits really well, and I like that you can't really see behind the ship.

Great use of lights and particles, very pretty!

Fun game. Interesting control scheme.

Really cool, one of my favorite jam entries so far!

Some thoughts:

Graphics - Ah, Box2DLights and particles are awesome. I wanted to use them too but didn't have enough time / skill. I also dig how you did your screen transitions, really cool! I don't know if you are aware, but on my macbook the title screen looks messed up: http://imgur.com/CDxr6Uc

Camera - I always pay close attention to game cameras and liked how you zoom out based on the ship's velocity! The downside with your camera is that it always drags behind the ship when it should be in front - players should see more of where they are going and less of where they are coming from.

Audio - no complaints here ;)

Gameplay - I agree with CiderPunk that the targets are really hard to hit because they move so fast. When I managed to destroy them, it felt like luck.

Anyhow, this is a great little game and I am looking forward to learn how you implemented it!

Bitchin' sound track, awesome lighting, loved the booster particle effects and newtonian physics!

combat could have been more engaging maybe if the targets went slower and shot back and the camera felt well dodgy at speeds!

Very nice variety of lights, great game! My score: Score

Training to beat your 17k score.

I like the visuals and audio. I also like how disorienting the world map is. Really feels like space. I wish I could tell why the level was zooming in and out sometimes, but it looked great.

Nice use of lights, really makes you feel the atmosphere of being stranded. Good use of physics, tried to escape with a ship stucked on my wing hah, good entry :)
