What an incredible, moody trip! I was sad to see it end when it did.
The visuals were great. Was a nice chill liminal experience for sure. Solid jam!
Love trains a lot. Maybe the best idea for non interactive storytelling game. Everything is nice, but browser version has visual glitches and unplayable on my machine.
Thanks for checking it out! Sorry about the glitches, it looks better in Firefox, or try the windows downloadable version.
Loved the various environments and clever transitions between them. The lighting really set the mood for the experience and in my opinion really carried the atmosphere. It definitely felt liminal to me. Great work!
Thanks, I'm glad the lighting and overall mood was effective.
Oh WOW. I found myself absolutely mesmerized by this. The environments are so simple but effectively done. The lighting, atmospheric fog, and music contribute to such an overwhelming dream-like vibe. Fantastic work!!!
Thanks I appreciate it!
The environments were awesome and the presentation was great. It looks to me like you used these assets in a simple yet very effective way to create a cool experience.
Thank you! I enjoyed making the environments--I did all the art myself, so if I had more time I would have definitely made them more detailed. Glad you thought they were still effective!
This was just too effin cool. That ending just moved me. I'm a huge fan of "stuff like that" (I won't spoil it). This was a vision and I think you nailed it, like Foxdance said. Way to take a simple idea and just make something provoking, complete, and immersive. I would have done the audio just a tad different. I think the choice of music was effective and spot on. I would have just made that static sound mono and attached it to the "device" (like you did with the fans) then make the music stereo and global (omnipresent). Would have eliminated the pops and clicks when the player turns. Music would have also seemed more surreal in that way (comes from the speaker but plays in your head). But, still, that is my stylistic choice. Awesome job.
Thanks so much, and good point on the audio, I definitely agree. I might revisit that part of it some time if it's still getting plays in the next few days.
REALLY enjoy the enviroments for this one
Thanks!
This actually nails the aesthetic of surreal/liminal spaces better than most of the other jam submissions, including mine.
Awesome job!
Wow appreciate, I liked yours as well.
Very good liminal experience and interesting idea about train.
Also music is accurate to environment.
Good job!
Thanks!
