This game had me perplexed. It was just so difficult to figure out what I was meant to do. I fumbled around for quite a bit and kind of got stuff to work, but a tutorial or atleast notes on the game page could have really helped with how to play. The terrain modifications was well done, just sad to struggle to get the gameplay loop going. My full playthrough here:
trial and arrow terrain editor XD.
You are completely right a how to play introduktion is the missing point.
I will add one soon and "may be" add the remaining pieces we had no time to implement.
All you see was made with in the Jam. But at the end we had so to say "no time" for Gameplay, Ui, polishing or even testing and Bugfixes.
Definitely taking another path on the next jam and focus more front than back end.
But you did your best, I give you credit for that !!
Certainly advanced coding or plugins going on in the background here, so kudos to having the knowledge to being able to massage this into something playable. It took me a while to work out how to use it, and I couldn't work out how to rotate the water dispenser which seemed a vital thing to need to do. There's a decent fun game waiting to be made with these tools. Good job for a week's work. Well done.
River and connect? Awesome!
It's... something new, for sure :D
I like the vibe
