Really cool entry, I spent a bit playing this and it's really enjoyable. Nice graphics and sound too, well done!

PS: If you have the time, please try out my entry https://itch.io/jam/lowrezjam-2018/rate/293637 (don't forget to rate it : ) )

Cheers

Your game really has it all, congratulations!

I found some bugs when I kept repeating a stage and sometimes less apples appeared and I couldn't finish the level.

There are no apples in this game!  :)

Seriously though, thanks for your comment and especially for the bug report, I'll look into it in the near future.  And make more levels while at it!  ;)

What was I thinking? Maybe that's why I wasn't able to go through, I was trying to eat apples instead of tomatoes :p

Graphics/Gameplay/Music all great. Plus a lovely "little" worm!

This was so cute and very satisfying when you have to re-try levels, learning as you go, and eventually nail it! I thought it was a little confusing when some of the backgrounds were similar in colour to the worm and it made it a little difficult to track what was happening. But other than that, I loved the movement and screen shaking and splashing tomatoes everywhere!

so great, it's beautiful, cute, and challenging! Thoughtful level design and great use of the 64x64 space. I got to naturally learn the mechanics and it made me feel really good. Great work again!

Eh this is awesome! Got stuck a while at level 3 but got through, great concept, like the lovely worm and the music is very catchy

I admire the efficient use of the resolution limit! The idea is pretty neat too, as it's much like Snake. However, I couldn't get past the second level. Either it's impossible or I'm too stupid for this game. I didn't submit anything, so I can't rate. But, I'd give it a good 3.

Beautifully done - an interesting and fresh take on Snake, that becomes surprisingly devious with its puzzles, is presented intuitively, drawn and animated wonderfully and makes great use of the resolution restriction. It controls as well as you could ever hope for a game like this to - it's the whole package.

All I have to say that's negative are the smallest nitpicks - I wish the snake's tail moving was a bit more immediate, I sometimes had to pause to see if I'd left myself enough room, thinking I hadn't, but then the tail moved. I also kept wanting the song to transition into Another One Bites the Dust.

That's all I have negative to say against this otherwise incredible entry!
