Did you work in a team?
We worked in a team of four people: me (pixel art), Vinicius (coder), Pedro (game designer) and Jack (Musician). It was lots of fun, each member really did their best to make a good game!

Was the resolution a challenge?
As an artist it was very interesting to think about everything in terms of the resolution, which was something I hadn't done before. The most challenging part was the game design itself, as it limited the ways in which we could design the levels and come up with mechanics.

What did you learn?
I think I have way more awareness about how the resolution linitation can affect a game's functionality. In a generation that keeps making games with fewer and fewer limitations, it's very interesting to go back a bit and limit the way we have to work.

I also made a sliding puzzle... but we had very different takes on the mechanics.

I really like the idea of being able to manipulate the world while mid-slide. Especially the levels with the arrows that force directions. I ran into a glitch where I lost one of the level segments (and only had 3 until I restarted the level)

Aside from that, I loved every second of this little game!

Interesting gameplay, I like it.

yoooo this game is awesome. Took me longer than it should to figure out the swapping mechanic, but once I did I loved it. Great concept. Great puzzler. Nice work.

Fun game, liked the zooming in and out and the effect on the music. The swapping of the rooms is great idea. Nice music.

Interesting concept. The puzzles were quite creative :)

nice concept!! and the music is great!

Fun. I liked the combination of the sliding gameplay alongside swapping the tiles. It gives the game more complexity and requires more thought than other games like it. I thought it was cute how the cat squished a bit when it ran into the wall—it was a really neat touch. Catchy music as well. All around a great job.

Great pixel art and really cute music! They go really well together. I think a good balance was struck between keeping sprites large enough to be cute, but levels were small/simple enough to not be overwhelming with the 64x64 restriction.

Woooah! Great game 10/10!! Did you make the music during the jam? Cause it sounds bonkers! I adore the sound-design and the tile-swaping mechanic is really neat!

Developer(+1)

Yes, it was all done by Jack, our sound designer, during those two weeks, and we also love it! Be sure to check out his other works if you're interested!

The art direction and sound design are absolutely brilliant! Also really nice to see more Brazilians participating in this jam! :D

Fun game! I really liked the two-levels of puzzling. Cute art too!

Great game! I love the changes to the way slipping puzzles work and how this game made me think about the challenges. The arrow boost ones were my favorites, I loved how it felt like a power-up and not like a obstacle or a limitation like it usually is in this games.

And great ending

Fun. I eventually got stuck in a mini-level and couldn't figure out how to get the key (even when zooming out)...which looking at your screenshots now I see that is because I can move the map pieces!? I think the game could benefit from a bit more description in how it is played.

Thanks! We added a clearer description of the controls.
