Did you work in a team?
Just me, myself and I. It was pretty fun, I just wish I didn't start working on it until the last moment.

Was the resolution a challenge?
Trying to figure out how to fit text in the game was rather frustrating. I used several pixel fonts as references.

What did you learn?
I am an absolute beginner at this, so I'm glad it turned out the way it did.

This is my first time making an actual game that will be viewed by others. It's rather nerve wrecking in all honesty.

I learned how to reduce the amount of spaghetti code I use. I'm pretty sure that with practice I'll be able to do what I want to do the most: making games.

Nice idea for the game. What is the purpose of a fly agaric? I liked that when the chicken gets armor. -oneak

Thanks! It's supposed to be like the invincibility star from mario, so it makes you rainbowy and invincible to all 'enemies' for a short period of time.

Hey, you put yourself down but this is actually pretty good. It could use a bit of juice and polish but at the end of the day, you made a thing, and it's fun to play!

Great game ! I was like “nice” when the loading screen went 69/69. Love the sprites and the wavey effects on the main menu :)

This reminded me of a lot of the old Atari 2600 games. Barnstorming, Skyjinx, Grand Prix... a lot of them were obstacle-dodging sidescrollers. Your game was simple, it was fun, and it was amusing. , I found that deserving of some 5/5 ratings.

Def not a mistake. You did pretty good on this one!
