Did you work in a team?
This was fun. The game isn't nearly as finished as I would have liked. I didn't get time to add the improvements I wanted to add, as I came down with an intense illness which used up a majority of the jam time. I worked alone, with the exception of the music, for which I partnered with https://soundcloud.com/syntheticskin (instagram @lance_a_logan)
Was the resolution a challenge?
In stark contrast to my game last year, which focused on readability with highly contrastive sprites and colors, this year I wanted to see how much visual information I could add before it became unreadable. I accomplished a more dynamic game view with a dynamic camera, though this is definitely not without it's issues, and may make some people dizzy or confused what they're looking at.
What did you learn?
I've learned a good bit about making rapid prototypes, collaborating with artists, and pushing the limits of a camera system.

I like the play of words in the game's title. Overall, it felt pretty overwhelming to play. I got thrown right into battle at the start, and I wasn't quite sure how to control my character.
As others have said, the camera is somewhat jittery. It would be nice if it could stay fixed in some areas. I tend to get motion sickness, and I could see that happening if I play this game for awhile.
This is a greatly use of the 64x64 limitations. The camera movement feels a bit jittery, but I weirdly like it, makes it feel more like a shaky, adrenaline-pumped rampage. The health bar moving based on camera location is a really neat idea that I've not seen before. Also big ups to your partner on the music, I loved it.
Cool mechanics
The shooting feels nice!
The camera moving with the mouse instead of the player was jarring but I got used to it after a bit, the game-play felt smooth and polished and I enjoyed the art although it was hard to tell what was what at some times. Great game and a fun play!
Nice enemies, its a little hard to understand some objects and walls and when I was playing an enemy pushed me inside a wall and I could not keep playing.
It says I need a password to view game page.
Sorry, this has now been fixed.
