Did you work in a team?
Only one designer/developer. But if/when I add more levels and/or get around to adding gamepad support, then I may get two or three testers.

Was the resolution a challenge?
Once I actually drew the sprites and tiles I wanted to put in the game, it became less of a challenge.

What did you learn?
How to make a minimalist arcade game challenging, and how to make a small game really quick.

Fun little game, love the flower sprites. I included it in my LowRezJam compilation video series, if you’d like to take a look. :)

Thank you again! The pixel art was challenging at first but overall a very enjoyable process, especially the end boss on the third level. I'm glad you enjoyed it!

I wanted to play, but I couldn't stomach a 75 MB download for a low resolution game.

Giant boss got me. Nice and finished game!

Decent enough visuals and level design game play was fun.

The left/right movement felt a bit weird since there was no momentum.
