Did you work in a team?
This was my first game jam so I worked by myself. I had a lot of fun making this.
Was the resolution a challenge?
I'm not an amazing artist, actually I'm pretty bad, but I think the low resolution was a good limitation to spark my creativity. I'm pretty happy with how the art turned out.
What did you learn?
Like I said this was my first Jam so I learned a whole lot. One main thing was to limit my scope. I had a lot of ideas that didn't make it so I'm hoping to continue the game in the future.

Cute graphics! I included it in my LowRezJam compilation video series, if you’d like to take a look. :)
I had a fun time with this game although it was very difficult for me. The controls hard to get used to, I think controller support would go a long way at making the game feel better to play. With that said, I think its a cool game with great presentation that I am personally just bad at.
Sweet game! I loved it
Definitely one of my favorite battle ship games. A lot of games in this genre tend to get clogged up with difficult unintuitive controls and slow strategy based game play, but this run and gun style fit really well!
I found the controls super intuitive and the combat a lot of fun. It wasn't too difficult, but it wasn't overly easy either.
My only request would be a place to purchase upgrades so I could put all the hard earned money to good use!!
This game is awesome. Amazing work all around, love the sound/music/graphics and the game play is fantastic. The only thing that felt weird was the way you wrapped around the world map, not sure how I would have changed it since just letting it scroll normally would maybe make the player think the map was infinite... but other than that super solid game.
I appreciate that the game gives me some time to explore the world before being thrown into battle and having to figure it out. The sound effects are crisp and clean. It's very satisfying to fire the cannon and hear the sounds.
The combat is very challenging, perhaps more challenging than I would have expected. You can never just stop and fire for a little while. You always have to be moving, and that makes it really hard because if you're moving, you're pressing WASD while pressing the arrow keys to aim and the space bar to fire.
I don't know about you, but I don't have three hands. I was stumbling all over myself the whole time.
I think this game would be better if the combat were less punishing. Can you find some ways to incorporate strategies that involve firing without moving?
