Did you work in a team?
Solo. Art and code. Very enjoyable and challenging

Was the resolution a challenge?
I drew all of my art smaller than I normally would.

What did you learn?
Seven years of game dev and I have never finished a game. All of the bug fixing and detail work that I usually never do was a challenge and I learned a lot from that part of development.

Satisfying minimalist action roguelike experience, my cup of tea! The controls felt great and I never felt cheated by the proc-gen. The difficulty is more on the easier side, which I think is perfect for the jam format, but I'd tweak it if you're looking to work on it post-jam. As mentioned in other reviews, the UI and text don't really conform to the 64x64 resolution, but this is a minor issue and I think you'd be able to resize the same elements without having to rethink the design. Overall, very good entry. Also, congratulations on finishing and releasing a game, it's not an easy feat. Well done!

Really fun gameplay loop, I could play that for a long time with some more levels and monsters. The animations and effects were really cool too. I think they slightly break the 64x64 authenticity, but damn if they didn't feel good.

I also had fun playing this game! I think the pacing of the game is stellar. The rooms are the right size, a good clip of enemies. Your sword also rotates smoothly (instead of chunking around like a true 64x64 resolution would) so it seems whatever resolution it was rendering to was higher than 64x64. But...the art was all made in the spirit of the Jam, even if a few elements don't technically fit the requirements. Great game! Easy to burn some time on.

Oh you might be right. I didn't even think about it. I had a hard time making it readable so I messed with it until it was clear.

Some known  bugs:

Sometimes the stat modifier circle things spawn in the walls. I tried fixing this but it sometimes still happens.

You can sometimes pick up to of the stat increase circle things.
