No. I made this basically alone. And yes, it was fun!
Was the resolution a challenge?
I think text and UI were a big challenge. Had to make my own tiny pixel font.
What did you learn?
I tried to make this game first in Unity. I learned that it's not very friendly to very very small resolutions!

Just like others, my Windows also freaked out.
Great art. Funny game. It's like a mini distillation of The Sims.
Windows intercepted it and gave me pain trying to download the thing, thinking it's a virus. But I think that's because you packaged it as a raw exe file. If you put it in a zip file folder, Windows is a little more lenient with it.

Fun little game! I like the audio design. I had some weird issues running it, although it may have been my antivirus freaking out for no reason? It also crashed on me but neat stuff, I like the art a lot too.

very well executed! love the sounds, the "about to lose" indicators, and the palette (while in a frenzy I would get "tricked" into clicking something with the wrong background)
Interesting and original idea, and got me hooked for a bit. The SFX (i.e. voices) are hilarious. Only thing is that my computer keeps bothering me about security, Windows Security doesn't really like the exe.
The voices had me cracking. Loved ’em.

An awesome time killer for a few minutes, the game makes you focus on itself until you optimize your strategy quickly. Plus, it is always great to see people using Python for small projects!

this was super fun! it took a bit of trial and error to get used to the colors/screens and develop a good strategy, but it definitely passes the “is this fun?” criterion 😀
Really enjoyed the voices, you must have sunk some amount of time doing them!
