Great job! I like how big the game is and how many minigames there are. They all are fun! It's also good that there is a car that you can ride all over the map, instead of just a menu with buttons like "go to bed", "go to work", "go to the bar" or "shoot wizards". The graphics are brilliant (except for the trees).
Even though the game is super, there are many things to improve, like the trees (they are the only piece of graphics that doesn't look well), the audio (there's no music when you're outside and riding your car) or the resolution (the rule is broken in the junk shooting minigame - the Earth and the pieces of junk are rotating and creating subpixels).
Excellent! Continue creating this game and then release a not-jam version. It would be a pity if you wouldn't. If you improve it (and fix what I wrote in the last paragraph), the game can be successful!
Thankyou very much, I am indeed already working on a "DX Version" of the game :)
Really nice! Love the controls
I loved that you turned what is a simple mini game (shooting space debris) into a much more developed idea with a story, other mini games, and a map to explore. It was a lot of fun.
Wow quite a big area to play, Car driving, houses to explore and several waves to earn money. The way between the major locations were quite long and eventless but other than that great job!
I only made 3 dollars for an honest day's work. Man, when did rocket fuel get so expensive. This is a game where you can walk, drive and fly. Pretty awesome. I love the character designs and artwork in general. It's also quite fun to play. Really great job!
Good job.
Congrats on a great entry. Much bigger game than I was expecting. Good effort to get this done in 14 days.
I made 3 bucks on my first day. I'm screwed lol. This was good.
Waking up and driving to work was the kind of immersive gameplay I was absolutely not expecting, but it was kind of fun haha
I like how the gameplay is divided between the top-down exploration and the side-on shooter. I got lost at first so maybe could do with more guidance for the player. The smooth sub-pixel scrolling and rotating pixels does somewhat violate the 64x64 restriction of the jam.
Hi there. You are, of course, very correct. I just updated the game with a build that has sub-pixels disabled. Sorry about that :)
