Very nice art and interesting concept!

Epic music, but I wish the average damage was a bit higher – those fights where two emojis only deal regular damage to each other last a bit too long, I think.

Other than that, nice job making an affinity system, it fits the emoji theme well :)

Nice character and monster art, although I think their sprite size was a bit too big for a 64x64 resolution, they take up most of the screen!

Nice game, a little short though.

Looking for flashing cows and snatching them before dropping them in a is actually a fun gameplay loop!

Nice game, but the jumping felt a bit too floaty, here are some nice videos explaining how you can make that jump more satisfying :)

Nice atmosphere!

There were times where alternating between hitting and shielding was not as snappy as it could have been unfortunately, but other than that combat was fine :)

Interesting little game, I do feel like the “night” sequence moved a bit too slowly, but then again it’s in keeping with the fact that zombies are slow haha

Incredibly good game, very polished and complete-feeling. Well done!

Clever way of showing the player how to use the magic hand stuff!

I enjoyed playing this :)

I love that the mini games follow the themes from the jam!

I did not understand the Glitch in the Matrix one at first, I had misunderstood the tutorial screen. The Invasion one was my favorite :)

As others have said I did not immediately understand what to do, I think maybe the yellow bars should have looked more like doors.

However once I understood it was nice to play :)

Thanks for playing!

Controller support was not intended, but Godot does have default setup for it, so yeah that explains why it worked partially ^^

Well the good ending is actually the same fight with different dialogue, so you only missed some of my lame jokes haha

Very fun game, I love these kinds of node-based levels!

Also the upgrade system felt polished, very nice overall :)

Very fun game, I had a great time with it :)

That is such a clever game, especially that last level!

Really had fun with this one.

Very polished and complete-feeling game, nicely done!

Waking up and driving to work was the kind of immersive gameplay I was absolutely not expecting, but it was kind of fun haha

Well, it certainly feels epic!

Took me some time to understand how to smite trees though.

Interesting gameplay, and the character’s animations were nice!

It took some time to understand what was happening, but I like the concept of the game :)

Very complete-feeling game, nicely done!

I love turn-based tactics games so this was right up my alley :)

Nice take on the themes, the puzzles were enjoyable, although I do wish there were more (but that’s a good sign, isn’t it!).

Very good looking game, but there needs to be a bit more contrast between the background and obstacles, I sometimes had a hard time understanding why my character stopped moving.

Nice game, I liked this reversal mechanic and quite enjoyed the spacestation level!

However there is no way I could ever beat this level in only 3 minutes haha

I found that the best tactic for me was recruiting Toxy the snake/worm thingy first, and using it once at the start of each battle (because poison is maybe a little bit too strong haha).

After that get Gooee as she deals the most damage and spam her attack, basically. She’ll make short work of pretty much everyone else ^^

Thanks!

Did you go and talk to grandpa? He has one first aid kit for you after you recruit 2 monsters :)

The jumps feel a bit too floaty, but the graphics and sound are very nice :)

These sound effects sure took me by surprise haha

Nice game!

I enjoyed playing, putting out the fires was oddly satisfying :)

That was fun!

That one section with platforms moving up and down with the fans got the best of me though

Very cute little game, I absolutely loved the color palette and the sound effects, and I am kind of sad it ended so soon ^^

Nice game!

I like the different mechanics and obstacles, and the audio was cool as well (I especially liked the springboard jump sound haha)

Nice game! My dumb self thought the dog was an ally when I first saw it… quickly learned otherwise haha

Very fun game!

I loved the glitch meter unlocking special attacks, that’s a nice concept :)

Very good looking game and nice music!

Regrowing the burnt patches by walking on them was a nice touch :)

Thanks for the extensive review!

You know, I actually struggled with recruiting monsters when I wanted to kill them while play-testing… but I figured that was a me problem ^^’

I should make it so that neither button is focused at first.

Nice, I love me some tactics games. I’m impressed that you were able to make this in two weeks!

The battle menu’s layout was a bit confusing though, usually you would have the basic attack outside of the “actions” menu, but other than that it is a fine game :)

Thanks! Yeah, I think something I could add would be skills as you gain levels, so that the genocide route has at least a bit more variety ^^

Well, that was certainly disorienting!

It’s must have been hard to implement this kind of thing, so well done!

Very nice game! Pinball RPG-like combat was not something I would have expected, but it was certainly very enjoyable :)

My only nitpick would be that the camera was a bit jittery, making me slightly nauseous after a moment playing … but that’s to be expected at this resolution, sadly.
