Love the idea of this game and that you build in 2 controll scemes. Sadly I feel like the ball sometimes clipped through the player when it got to high speeds.

Very nice game, a 2 player version of this game would be a great idea :)

Btw you can always check up on the game we submitted for this jam

Favourite game I've played from the jam so far. Really addicting and not too easy.

Like the music. Love the idea! I feel like I'm participating in a war of matter vs. anti-matter at the beginning of the universe. Super-impressed by the use of 1-bit. Sound effects are also perfect!

Really interesting concept.
Although there are some stuff I don't really understand.
I triggered a power up, and a few seconds after the power up ended, I won out of no where.
Anyways, really addicting game and one of my favourites as of yet.

It's so addicting, I had the urge to play it again!
Also, what makes the game end? Is it an hidden timer?

I would really want to see a Human VS Human version, or a version where you have to fill 90% of the game, or even a full game with additional stuff,. But maybe that's just me.

That. Was. Incredible! Look at me behind enemy lines absolutely destroying the AI!

Great game! well done with the 1bit art style and sound design!

only problem is that the paddle bounces of the top and bottom of the screen causing it to bounce around. in my 2 rounds i played i had it happen a total of 3 times where the projectile bops right between the wall and the paddle and lose my modifier ;-;

super minor gripe, but other than that the game is near flawless! great job

Thanks a lot, KnightAoifa.

Yeah that is definitely something I'll likely change afterwards. I liked the idea of the paddle bouncing, but in actual play it does create awkward scenarios like that and feel a bit rubbish :S

Thanks for your feedback, it means a lot! <3

Great concept.  Simple but effective art style.  Bumping soundtrack.  The paddles bouncing off the top and bottom feels a bit frustrating.  The line drawing is sometimes a bit wonky.  Having a timer counting down would help.  But awesome overall.

Interesting chat with Lana.

EPIC! amazing music and interesting mechanics and cool style.

a very very nice game, my biggist complant would be that each round seems to go on for a tad too long. and it does remind me quite a bit of an old game i once made for the tic-80 that was like this but Bomberman inspired. its such a simple idea thats executed well nice combo system though i cant say it kept my interest for all that long, its missing some key juice to make it a absolutely wonderfully little game.

Cheers dude. Last second improvements - I've dropped the max game duration to 3 minutes now. Hopefully that's not too long!

Got a you winner screen, and it felt deserved.

The sfx are very fun. I would love to play this game with another player which can be done with any socket lib.

At some point I think I even understood the mechanics of the game.

Thanks thanks! Have snuck a few more last minute tidies in..

And yeah, will probably add multiplayer later, too (after some post-stress relaxing)
